We were really impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, and the fact that our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The hotel facilities were also great, with comfortable beds and a peaceful location on a quiet street. the staff was friendly, making us feel welcome and comfortable.
Everything was spot on.

The hotel is situated in a serene location with no noise around, and it is very close to Circle K and Vinmart. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and well, maintained, and the kitchen was well, equipped with all necessary items for cooking, including a washing machine. the staff was friendly, and the cleaning staff was great at handling the tidiness of the room.
One aspect of the hotel was quite disappointing , the frequent disconnection of WiFi.

The hotel was conveniently located near a 24-hour convenience store and other amenities. the neighborhood was pleasant to explore on foot. the hotel staff was friendly, kind, and caring, making for a comfortable and clean stay. They were also welcoming and extremely helpful, making our visit enjoyable.
The taxi/grab drivers had a hard time finding the hotel at first, but once we learned the location, it was easy to direct them. We would have preferred bathrooms inside the respective bedrooms, rather than one shared bathroom.

This accommodation was a fantastic find! The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and the apartment was spotless. I appreciated the daily cleaning and fresh towels every day. The location was perfect, with a 24-hour convenience store and plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus, the nearby neighborhood was lovely to explore on foot. a great value for the price!
The distance from major tourist spots, but if you're not looking for the typical tourist experience, it's not a problem at all. Taxi drivers sometimes had trouble finding the location, but once you know the area, it's easy to navigate.

I was kinda surprised by the excellent service at Maple Garden. The staff were great too accommodate my needs and made sure my room was cleaned daily. The location was quiet and allowed for a peaceful stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.
